Promotions, discounts & ride credits

You can save on your Ridee trips by applying available promotions, discounts or ride credits during checkout.

To Use a Promotion or Discount

1. Go to Payments or start booking a car
2. On the checkout screen, select Add Promo Code
3. Enter your valid promo or discount code
4. Your savings will appear automatically in your trip total

To View Your Ride Credits

1. Open Profile > Payments
2. Tap Ride Credits to see your available balance
3. Your credits will automatically apply to your next eligible booking

Things to Note

• Promo codes and credits can't be combined on the same booking
• Some discounts apply only to specific vehicle types or trip durations
• Expired or used codes won't be accepted
